Our team is led by Glenn Stevenson, who was admitted as a solicitor in 1983. Glenn obtained his law degree from the University of Manchester in 1979 and became a partner in a Cambridgeshire firm when he was 28. Although originally from Norfolk, Glenn initially set up Stevensons Solicitors in 1991 in Cambridgeshire. In 2005, he returned to his local roots and moved the firm to its current location.
Glenn specialises in all types of Landlord and Tenant law and has a particular interest in flat extensions and enfranchisements as well as acquisitions and disposals (including blocks of flats). He has been a member of ALEP (Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) for many years.
Glenn also deals with professional negligence claims and building and construction disputes.
