Glenn Stevenson

Our team is led by Glenn Stevenson, who was admitted as a solicitor in 1983. Glenn obtained his law degree from the University of Manchester in 1979 and became a partner in a Cambridgeshire firm when he was 28. Although originally from Norfolk, Glenn initially set up Stevensons Solicitors in 1991 in Cambridgeshire. In 2005, he returned to his local roots and moved the firm to its current location.

Glenn specialises in all types of Landlord and Tenant law and has a particular interest in flat extensions and enfranchisements as well as acquisitions and disposals (including blocks of flats). He has been a member of ALEP (Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) for many years.

Glenn also deals with professional negligence claims and building and construction disputes.

Andrea Haynes

Andrea has worked in law since she was fourteen. She joined the firm at its inception in 1991 and moved to Norfolk when the firm relocated. Andrea qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2004 and specialises in flat extensions and enfranchisements, acquisitions and disposals (including blocks of flats) as well as residential and commercial conveyancing.

Hannah Payne

Hannah started working at a local law firm in 2005 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013. Having already completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at De Montfort University in 2013, Hannah went on to study the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Cambridge and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2015. Hannah joined Stevensons Solicitors in 2017 and shortly thereafter was awarded an MA (LPC with Business).
